Happy Canada Day

Hey guys,

Happy Canada Day. Sorry I haven't posted in a while. My training has been going OK for the past week and a half. Last week, I got in about 36 miles, but I'll end up getting less in this week. My training has been interrupted by injuries and food allergies. All I can say is don't overexert yourself (I hurt my pectoral muscle on a speed workout on Wed).

Meanwhile, it's hard to believe that I graduated from high school a year ago, even as I went to the grad parties of two of my friends who just finished their senior years. Time flies, so enjoy college while it lasts.
