I'm glad to hear you are well and encourage you to persist in training to the best of your ability in accordance with Hebrews 12. These past two weeks have been crazy here in staff training, and I'm striving hard to fulfill both my running and the mission of Deerfoot Lodge to build Godly young men through wilderness camping. However, I must be real when I say while that I love running, my priority, at present, must be the latter.
I had a great time in the high peaks once again this week on staff hike, during which we knocked out 5 mountains, including the Macintyre Range. I'm proud to say Mattie that I'm only 6 mountains away from my ADK 46.
All in all, I've been albe to do about 20 miles a week these past two weeks, but I've been doing the dynamic routine after each run and sometimes before, and yesterday on our last staff run I knocked out a 10:45 for about 2 miles. Over this upcoming week, I'm planning to put in a regular 30-40 minutes each morning before staff meeting at 7 am.
Tuck in your cloak and run like Elijah,
Ian
