First Post!

Hey guys,

I am currently finishing up my off week after the marathon. My legs have recovered very well from the race and feel great right now. The short runs I've done this week have shown my legs are ready to start next week when I'll be in Houghton dog/chicken sitting for Matty and Mary. Also I am currently weighing in at 194, so my goal for the summer will be to get up to the 225-250 range.

And now I'm off to play some frisbee.
