Hey guys I'm Evan
just a little about myself. I was born in Plattsburgh, NY but moved to Anna, TX after my father passed away. I was in the air force for six months after graduating high school, but unfortunately during a training exercise I drowned and was pronounced dead then discharged. So there's my life story!

I have been following the training plan coach matt put out, but yesterday I pulled my hamstring so I'll be taking it easy for a week or so.
